Holders of personal credit cards ('Cardholders') issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ('HSBC'), except iCAN Cards, US Dollar Cards, JCB Gold or Renminbi Credit Cards, are entitled to the redemption offer.

All outstanding Reward points from all credit cards (including those from the combined additional cards) held by the same customer will be deducted towards the purchase price of an item at the participating merchant. All outstanding purchase amounts after deduction of the ‘Reward $’ must be settled by an HSBC credit card.

Once a redemption order has been processed at participating merchants, Reward points will be deducted instantly and such redemption transaction cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and the redeemed item cannot be exchanged.

Cardholders may enquire the relevant merchants or visit www.hsbc.com.hk/Rewards for the latest list of participating merchants before redemption. HSBC reserves the right to amend the list of participating merchants from time to time. HSBC will not be liable for any loss to Cardholders due to changes to the list of participating merchants.

All redemption transactions made at Hong Kong Seibu must be performed by using a valid HSBC credit card and year-round privileged discounts for Dickson Cardholders are also applicable upon presenting the Dickson Card. Redemption transactions and the associated payment transactions, however, will not be counted towards annual spending for the purpose of the Dickson Card gift coupon rebate scheme.

The redemption counters of SOGO gift certificate are at 12/F New Wing Dahlia Salon of Causeway Bay SOGO and information counter of Tsim Sha Tsui SOGO. Gift certificates can be redeemed during the operating hours of SOGO except the extended operating hours during special festive seasons.

MCL offer is applicable to the purchase made at box office only. If ticket price has been adjusted due to its long running time, customers are required to pay the difference by cash or credit cards. The redemption of Elements Gift Voucher can be made at Customer Service Counter, G/F, Kowloon Station, Tung Chung Line Concourse. The minimum value for each redemption is one HKD100 Elements Gift Voucher. Elements Gift Voucher can be used at participating outlets and terms and conditions apply.

Unless otherwise specified, the terms and conditions of the HSBC credit card Rewards and 'Reward $' programmes apply.

HSBC accepts no liability on the goods and services provided by participating merchants.

In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of HSBC and participating merchants shall be final.

In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
HSBC credit card - 'Reward $' Cash Voucher at Times Square:
1.
All credit cardholders of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited can redeem 'Reward $' Cash Voucher at the Times Square 2/F Atrium or B2 Concierge Desk with HSBC credit card Reward points at a standard conversion rate of 12,500 points = HK$50, 25,000 points = HK$100, 125,000 points = HK$500, 6,750 points = 1-hour free parking coupon.

Only original copies of the redemption slips which are duly signed by the customers and attached with a label by Times Square will be accepted as cash vouchers at participating merchants in Times Square. Redemption transaction cannot be reversed once completed.
3.
The cash voucher can be used as cash at participating outlets in Times Square and must be presented upon purchase. All outstanding purchase amount after the deduction of cash voucher(s) must be settled by HSBC credit card.
4.
The cash voucher is not exchangeable for cash. No change will be given either in cash or in other form.
5.
The cash voucher will become invalid if found defaced or damaged and will not be replaceable if lost.
6.
The cash voucher can be used in conjunction with all other prevailing promotions and special offers concurrently. The face value of the cash voucher will be deducted from the net discounted price of any purchase.
HSBC credit card - Loyalty Discount:
1.
The Loyalty Discounts based on the number of years that customers have had an HSBC credit card ('the Discount') is available only to Cardholders who have been holding a primary, personal Card for two years or more, calculated as of the 1st of January of a relevant programme year.
2.
The Discount which a Cardholder is entitled to is calculated based on the year in which a Cardholder's longest held primary, personal Card (excluding iCAN Card and cancelled cards), which is valid and in good standing, was issued.
3.
The maximum number of Reward points on which the Discount can be applied by each Cardholder (irrespective of the number of cards held) in any one year (i.e. from 1 January to 31 December) in both HSBC credit card Rewards Programme and 'Reward $' is total 200,000 points, based on the amount of original Reward points required for redeeming the item(s) before the Discount is applied.
4.
If the Discount cannot be applied to an entire redemption order due to the 200,000 Reward points annual cap being exceeded, the Discount may only be applicable to a portion of the Reward points required for a relevant transaction.
5.
The Discount for 'Reward $' will automatically be calculated and applied via the Point Of Sale terminals to relevant transaction(s) of Cardholders should he/she has not used up the annual cap. Customer's signature on sales slips signifies customer's consent to apply the Discount on the transaction.
