1 How can I access the interactive games that the Junior Pack Website provides?
You'll have to register for Junior Pack Internet Banking Services first. Your parents can register via their internet banking accounts at online@hsbc by taking the following steps:
1. Add the Junior Pack account to "Maintain Account List" under "My Details"
2. Register for Junior Pack Internet Banking Services by clicking on the "Register Junior Pack" button under "My Details" page
3. Enter the Junior Pack account number
4. Choose a User ID and Access Key. User ID must contain at least 8 characters and should be alphanumeric (i.e. 0-9, A-Z, omitting '-', ','). Access Key should be alphanumeric (i.e. 0-9, A-Z, omitting '-', ',').
After obtaining the User ID and Access Key from your parents,
1. Go to www.juniorpack.hsbc.com.hk, and click on the "Logon Junior Pack Internet Banking Services" button
2. Enter the registered User ID and Access Key, and click on the "Enter" button
3. Enjoy the interactive games and more!

2 I understand that there are two websites for children of different ages under Junior Pack. Which website will I be able to access?
If you are under 12 years of age, you'll be automatically directed to the kids website. If you are between the ages of 12 and 18, you will be automatically directed to the teens website.

Financial Quiz Game - Money Wizard of the Month/Global Money Challenge
1 How do I win the Money Wizard of the Month quiz/Global Money Challenge?
The first three players** who answer all 12 questions correctly during the month will win. You have to try to answer the questions correctly and as early as possible in a month in order to win.

** Each player is eligible to win one prize only. If you have already won a prize in this game, you will not be eligible for other prizes.

2 What is the cut-off time/day for the quiz game every month?
The cut-off for the quiz game will be at the day end (11:59:59 pm) of the last calendar day of each month.

3 How do I know if I've won the game?
The winners will be announced in the first week of every month on our Junior Pack Website. The winners will also be notified by post via their parents' correspondence address registered with their Junior Pack account.

4 I get a ranking each time I play the game. What does this ranking mean?
The ranking is calculated at the time you complete a game and is based on your best score within the month at that point in time. However, your score will be compared with other players' scores and the ranking you get will change during the month depending on how you and the other players perform.

5 Will I get the same questions if I play the quiz game again?
No, the questions are randomly selected.

6 How can I return to the "My Accounts" page after I have played the game?
You are required to log on again to return to the Junior Pack Internet Banking Services site to check your account details. In order to do this, you can click "Check My Accounts" (for Kids) and "My Accounts" (for teens) and then click the "OK" button on the system pop-up message box to go back to the logon page.

Teen World Lucky Draw
1 How can I enter the lucky draw?
To enter the Teen World Lucky Draw, you will need to:
a. Be a registered user of Junior Pack Internet Banking Services and able to access the Teens website, i.e. aged above 12 but below 18
b. Maintain a month-end balance of HKD500 or more in your Junior Pack savings account
c. Visit the Teen World page of the Junior Pack Website and obtain a lucky draw number by clicking the "Enter Lucky Draw" icon.

2 What is the promotional period of the Teen World Lucky Draw?
There will be a monthly lucky draw from December 2007 to June 2008.

3 When will the lucky draws take place?
The lucky draws will take place on 11 December 2007, 11 January 2008, 11 February 2008, 11 March 2008, 11 April 2008, 13 May 2008 and 11 June 2008 at HSBC Main Building.

4 When will the lucky draw results be announced?
We will announce the lucky draw results with the winner's name one week after the lucky draw has taken place each month at the Junior Pack Website. The winners will also be notified by post at their parents' correspondence address registered with Junior Pack.

4 When I finish checking my account information and click on the buttons to enter the "Tools" or "Games" section, I see a message that says, "You will be directed to our Junior Pack Website. To ensure online security, the Junior Pack Internet Banking Services will be logged-off automatically. Press 'OK' to continue or 'Cancel' to return to the Internet Banking session" pops up. Is there anything wrong?
Don't worry. The message is telling you that you will be logged off from Junior Pack Internet Banking Services and be directed to the Junior Pack Website for the interactive tools and games when you click the "OK" button. You are required to log on again if you want to re-enter the Junior Pack Internet Banking Services to access your account information.

5 What is the difference between Junior Pack Internet Banking Services and the Junior Pack Website?
Junior Pack Internet Banking Services is the section that allows you to access your current and savings account information, change your Access Key and email address. Junior Pack Website is the section that allows you to use different "Tools", play "Games" and enter the lucky draws on the Teens website.
